Team Building Session: Collaboration Mission

Training in which teamwork and collaboration are developed through tabletop role-playing games (TTRPG), abandoning boring slides. The program is divided into two parts: a theoretical foundation and a practical test. The first part delves into the theory of group dynamics, emphasizing psychological safety, active listening and the “Yes, and…” principle. The different roles of team members and their strengths in solving organizational challenges are analyzed.

In the second part, participants immerse themselves in an adventure tailored to them. Acting as a team in a scenario tailored to the needs of the organization, they overcome obstacles that require cooperation, resource management and strategy. This allows them to step out of everyday office roles, turning any mistakes made into lessons. Participants learn to communicate more effectively and use the unique strengths of each member, thus turning theoretical management knowledge into practical habits. After the session, participants return with better communication skills and strengthened interpersonal relationships.

Purpose – to strengthen mutual trust in the team through a game environment and develop cooperation skills necessary for solving work tasks.
