Continuous Training for Leaders of the Manufacturing Sector

 We have been using the services of “Sėkmės laboratorija” for three years. Together with the trainer Ritoldas Narmontas we have concluded and implemented a training programme for team leaders. The production managers of our company have participated in a continuous 8 step training, which has been developed individually for them considering the discussed demands. Thus, “Sėkmės laboratorija” has helped to solve situations and problems which occur to us.

After the training the colleagues shared their experience: they were happy about the positive atmosphere, clearly presented material and responses to their questions. The most important was the fact that the knowledge gained during the training did not remain as the knowledge only, it has been at once applied at their daily work.
