
In SWEDWOOD Group Situational Leadership is the methodology on which the corperate strategy for leadership development within SWEDWOOD Companies is based, therefore when we decided to provide a leadership program for top and middle managers at SWEDWOOD Kazlu Ruda, we knew exactly what we need. However, it appeared to be not so easy to find a strong local training supplier for SITLEAD in Lithuania who would meet our demand to be a high level expert in SIT LEAD. Ritoldas Narmontas appeared to be one of the very few Lithuanian training consultants using SIT LEAD methodology as core in his training programs and doing that according to the top standards. It was a 3 sessions of 2 days yeach training program for 2 groups of 24 employees in total, where we learned about Situational Leadership, Coaching and Positive Relations. The program exceeded our expectations, the participants feedback was that it is really an eye openner what concerns self estimation and relationship with colleagues, managers, subordinates. Ritoldas proved to be a very inspiring lector, who never overwhelms with dry theories, explains complicated things in a simple and understandable manner, gives nice and funny examples from real life to illustrate the theories, which makes them remember much easier. We plan to continue our cooperation with Ritoldas and organize regular sessions together with the participatns of this program in order to develop our situational leadership and coaching skills and make them be a part of the culture of the company.
